How Can I pay ?

For now you can pay with many international services like western union, money-gram and others.

Do you accept credit card ?

Currently we don’t have support for the credit card processing but we are in constant contact with major processors and soon offers it !

Do you provide after sale support ?

Yes, we provide after sale support and if you have any difficulty in understanding any process or the procedure we will be at your assistance.

Refund Policy

Refund process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. The quality evaluation process may take up to 2 days from the date we receive the returned product. We will send you an email notification once return examination is completed.

Otherwise, you can be refunded according to the following table. Note that some refund methods are available according to your payment method.

Refund Voucher is a return mechanism worth equally to the value of product you ordered.

You can use Refund Voucher as voucher code to purchase any item. A refund voucher is valid for 180 days you need to use your voucher during this period. This refund voucher can be used on several purchases, until your balance is 0.

If your return is invalid then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.

Note that we will make several attempts to return the product to you. However, passed 2 return attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and we will keep the product with us for a maximum of 60 days.

Return Policy

Before returning an item, please read through our Return Policy on this page, to make sure your item is eligible for return.

If your item meets all the requirements, your return can be initiated by calling Customer Service at the number (021)-1111-32729.

Returns are easy.

Items sold on rohanishop.com can be returned within a period of 7 days from delivery date, provided they are eligible for return.

Example: If I received my product on the 5th, I have until the 12th to contact Customer Service.

Customer Service agents are available at from 9:00 am – 11:00 pm, 7 days a Week.

Note: You have 7 days from the day you received your purchase to call Rohanishop.com to initiate your return. Past this date, unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If the nature of your complaint refers to damages, we advise you to check our customer representative first.

The Condition’s When your Return become eligible.

If the Product you receive is damaged, broken or not the product you ordered.

Only in these three condition your product is eligible for return, while receiving your order please check the order at first hand in front of the delivery man after the delivery man gone, we will no accept the Broken and Damaged Conditions, we will only accept if the product your order is not the same product you receive.

Items We will not accept for return are the following,

If you prefer to replace/exchange your product, just let Customer Service know and we will evaluate your product and see eligibility if exchange is possible and inform you.
